Art and type

Fighters, weapons, the logo and ink effects are drawn in code. The four arena backgrounds are images supplied for the project. The site uses fonts available on your device, including system UI fonts, Segoe UI, Roboto, Arial, Arial Narrow, Helvetica Neue Condensed, Liberation Sans Narrow, Franklin Gothic Medium, Arial Black and Impact; no external font service is needed.

Open-source libraries and tools

Built with TypeScript, React, Next.js and Tailwind CSS, using HTML Canvas and the Web Audio API. Verified with Vitest, Playwright, Lighthouse and Google Chrome. Asset preparation uses FFmpeg and Sharp. Formspree handles feedback when configured; Google Analytics is optional and requires your consent.
